Can the CAPTCHA that is used in the contact form solution pack be applied to ANY form

When I visit your page, I see the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/content/h/a/l/halline/html/ContactForm_GMC/contactus.php on line 311

I cannot tell wha tis causing this error to occur without seeing the code generating the error.

please compress a copy of the contactus.php page into a zip archive and attach the zip archive to your reply so I can look at the code to see what is going wrong.
