Should I start a new thread? Adding File Manipulation to a repeated recordset

I have a page (http://mussolinetestserver.site/home6.php) that displays my league documents from a dynamic recordset. What I am trying to do is when the visitor clicks on one of the league documents that document is downloaded. You can see it work properly on www.OUWGA.com right hand column. I have the recordset and repeat section working properly. Any help please?
