I'm using IIS, not WAMP. I don't see that feature mentioned in the IIS settings. I'm starting to wonder how many other functions are disabled now. Urggh.

I've checked the PHP ini file in the WIndows folder (attached) and extension=php_gd2.dll does not have the preceding semi-colon which would indicate that it's enabled.

What else could be causing this?
