Redundant Extensions?

Redundant Extensions?

A few years ago I purchased 3 Webassist Extensions, CSS Form Builder, DataBridge_124 and UE401. I recently had to reinstall my OS and had to reinstall Dreamweaver and the Extensions too, but I don’t remember exactly which of those Extensions is essential and which are redundant. Anybody knows? Ray?
Also, I started Dreamweaver after creating a "New" site and I got a message with big 1, 2, 3 numbers telling me it was downloading the Data Bridge Extension files. But now Dreamweaver froze and all I have is a black screen. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Actually, the main problem now is that the Data Bridge Installer cannot download the files. It gets stuck on step #1. Is there anything I'm not doing right?

Thank you for your attention.
