Confirmation email not received

This is the email body page. It doesn't usually have a recordset since the recordset is usually on the page that sends the email.

I'm not sure what I should be looking at here. Are you claiming you added a recordset and then it got deleted? Or the page got overwritten? I'm not sure what you are reporting or what I should be looking for.
