Thats weird I got - PHP Version 7.3.12,

So I called GoDaddy an they reassured me I was at 5.6, so I checked the setting and its 5.6

I'm uploading a document privately that shows my php, but still getting an error

1st thing I'm going to do is Download a new current copy and retry
