server validation based on condition?

Hello all,
I have a form with a datepicker.
The datepicker should allow some interval depending of the time of the day.
Example:
if it's < 13:59 the datepicker should allow me to select the day starting from tomorrow.
If it's > 14.00 the datepicker should allow me do select only the day after tomorrow and later.

I just applied a condition to the datepicker code, but I need to add this contition to the server validation too.
Should I edit the webassist server validation code manually or is there a way to do this with the WA interface?

Here is the code I edited for the datepicker (it seems to work):

$.datepicker.setDefaults($.datepicker.regional['it']);
$('#data_ritiro_obi').datepicker({
beforeShowDay: disableWeekends,
dateFormat: 'dd/mm/yy',
showAnim: 'show',

<?php
$time = date("H");
if ($time < "14") { // WebAssist Show If

?>
minDate: '+1',
<?php
} else {
?>
minDate: '+2',
<?php
}
?>

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
