You're kidding right???
So if you buy a car from Chevrolet and wreck it because you don't know how to drive, does that mean Chevrolet has a bad warranty and support for their vehicles?
I think it is real easy for some to generalize here but I can attest that every issue I have ever had with WebAssist products, the WebAssist staff has helped and when there were serious issues with my Dreamweaver installation, Ray took the time to call me and work through it with me to figure out what went wrong.
So to say WebAssist doesn't help simply is not true.
