  I don't feel it's enough for them to simpy direct you to PDF documents with comments such as 'Have you read the pdf document?'  

OK, how about, have you read the forum? Do you think all of these posts consist of "Read the manual"?

You post a comment like this right after I take the time to answer someone's question in detail?

BTW that Knowledgebase is my effort to make it easier for people that don't want to read the PDFs. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother. Don't get mad at WA for my rant, I'm just a volunteer.
