OK, how about, have you read the forum? Do you think all of these posts consist of "Read the manual"?

BTW that Knowledgebase is my effort to make it easier for people that don't want to read the PDFs. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother. Don't get mad at WA for my rant, I'm just a volunteer.
