Opencart Products table won't work with the MySqli insert, update or delete.

Hi. I am having an issue when trying to use this program to insert, delete or update a record in the supplied database table.
This is a table from Opencart.
I am trying to add a record using this and I get an error then everything breaks and I have to restart dreamweaver.
Not sure what the issue is or if you have ever seen this, but I wanted to bring it to your attention so you can fix the error and I can resume doing what I was trying to accomplish with my favorite Dreamweaver tool!

Thanks!
