Do you have the email address you used for mail-tester.com so I can see the full report? It looks like your FROM address doesn't match the domain you send the email FROM, that could definitely be an issue when getting through google's SPAM blocker.
Nothing has changed in the software, but Google has gotten more and more strict about SPAM, so it is more and more difficult to get email delivered from a website instead of a mail client.
I'd try updating to DataBridge v2 and use authenticated email. I've found that is one of the most effective ways to ensure deliver-ability.
