There were issues with paths and connections on that page. Do you have the latest version installed? I tried running the wizard to recreate the issues but I couldn't. If you post a US phone number or Skype contact information then I will call you and do a screen sharing session with you so that we can reproduce the issue and I can try to determine what might have caused it. It may have been related to the connection not working at the time the wizard was run.
