I'd need a super admin login and login page to test to see why it doesn't currently work with super admin.
I don't know what you are referring to when asking how to do it. Right now the new file manager isn't fully implemented. Hopefully once it is you will be able to more easily update existing pages by just entering the html editor UI and clicking OK and that will update the file manager as well.
