Okay, I tried the settings different with Dreamweaver. They are attached.

Then tried the following:
Dreamweaver > Window > Databases > + > MySql Connection

Connection Name: dataassist
MySql Server: localhost
User Name: internet_user
Password: ***password for internet user***
Database: internet_test

Then I received the attached error.

I then changed it from local host to the remote server's IP address and got the same result.
