My sense if Ray would agree with you.That said, a little dose of reality is called for. If you watch the level of support that occurs in these forums and then add code development time you might be a little more "lenient" in your views.

Most loyal WA users are frustrated. I'm frustrated as well -- for Ray, not with him. If this were easy anyone could do it. I suspect Ray has the skill set to just go to work for a larger company, get a great paycheck, and live a (relatively) stress free life. He has chosen to do this instead. I've watched him handle support efforts here with grace and class, as well as address the concerns of "Where's the update?". Most of us run small businesses, and should probably be more empathetic.

Just sayin'. . . .
