UE Email sends to me, but not to client in the same 'To' field

Thread began 1/18/2017 11:56 am by tmcbinc99963 | Last modified 1/25/2017 12:59 pm by tmcbinc99963 | 870 views | 2 replies

UE Email sends to me, but not to client in the same 'To' field

As a test, I've set up UE to send an email to client and myself, both in the 'To' field, separated by comma (my email appears last).

It sends to me, but not the client. I've tried other email addresses for the client, but they've never gotten any emails (I've had them check the junk folder also, because that's where mine were going).

Also, 'From' entry is a dynamic entry from the form email, but when I receive it, it shows it's from the host provider. I think this is why it's going to the junk folder.

Lastly, I edit 'to' in the source code because UE crashes DW frequently. A 'find' revealed where to edit the 'to' line, but not where to edit the others, such as cc and bcc.

Is all this related, and is it a problem with the client, host provider, or UE setup - or all three?

Attached is file plus screen grab of wizard setup.
