Maybe try a clean install..

1) Close Dreamweaver
2) Find your users configuration folder for Dreamweaver and rename it to Configuration_bak
3) Re-install the Server Behaviors and Database Panel Extension from the Adobe Plugin Store
4) Re-install Data Bridge

I think that should clear any old files that might be causing errors.
