There was no error in the Collectiblestosell web app.....the only issue/error was from a Paypal screen and now it works....so I am going to guess my issue is related to the email I provided to Paypal....When I use an email address that Paypal recognizes it expects me to be logged on and when I'm not, I time out. When I provide an email that it doesn't know about, it works...I'm reaching
