Viewing getting started guides

I am having trouble downloading and viewing some of the how-to and getting starting guides. I cannot seem to be able to download and view them. The pdf file seems to be getting hung up as it is being downloaded. I am having this problem on more than one computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader, but this has not solved the problem. Is anyone else having this problem? I have just gotten an error message from Reader that the file is damaged and could not be repaired. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help provided.
