There are a number of problems with your forms that I am seeing.

1) Confilcting Jquery versions. you are adding jQuery near the top of the page:
<script src="../js/jquery-latest.pack.js"></script>
<script src="../js/bootstrap.js"></script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='js/jquery.min.js'></script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='js/'></script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='js/jquery.easing.1.3.js'></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="../webassist/jq_validation/Inspiration.css" />

form builder jQuery validation is trying to add it again:

<script src="//"></script>

Form builder needs to have the newer version being pulled from the google server to work properly.

2) You are removing script tags.

this tag for the goole jQuery has been removed:
<script src="//"></script>

and you have also removed the script for the progress bar:
<script src="webassist/progress_bar/jquery-blockui-formprocessing.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

between the removed scripts and the conflicting scripts it is causing the validation errors not to show.
