it sounds like you need to first become familiar with using Dreamweaver for Dynamic site Development.

I would suggest starting with the Database Starter Kit tutorial:

you say:
"have been accessing individuals that register on my site using GoDaddy's phpMyAdmin."

the table you getting the individuals information from PHPMyAdmin would be the users table to query in the recordset.

A reordset is a way of querying the database to return data. It should become more clear in working through the database starter kit.
