on viewing source in the HTML Editor window, the code for the list is:

The aeMadeeasy system is suitable for employers of any size.

It is exclusively available through Peak accountancy firms and has been developed in conjunction with Jargonfree Benefits™.

aeMadeeasy manages and runs the process of auto-enrolment, employee communications and the required record keeping for employers.

It is a cloud-based system that does not need to be installed locally.

with a line break after the
tags.

in the webassist/email/temaplates/Blank_6.php file that is the email body for this page, there is the following code to add the HTML Editor into the email body:

<?php echo(str_replace("\n","
",(is_array($pval)?implode(", ",$pval):$pval))); ?>

this is converting new lines to
tags.

i removed the str_replace:

<?php echo((is_array($pval)?implode(", ",$pval):$pval)); ?>

to prevent the
tags being added to the list.
