Still can't get email to work
I verified all email settings were correct and verified that the double opt in registration is working properly with emails etc.
But the problem is with cart email. The orders are going through OK and everything is posting to the database. There are no payment options, shipping or even taxes, This gets done at another level. Only thing that is missing is the email verification. This is not going to the customer or to the CC emails. Is there a name issue again like above, or something else? I've checked with the service provider (out IT dept) and they say everything should be working.
Hoping you could help me through this last part?
