How to make Power CMS install...

Sounds simple huh?

I usually have to manually upload all files, manually create the tables, etc etc which takes a long time.

Somewhere in this extension is the means to automatically create the base Admin files but the event never fires.

Initially I create a blank DB and a simple recordset in an attempt to start the process.

Then using the Insert Into CMS feature it trys to achieve some goal but repeatedly fails with the error saying that there are insufficient privileges to create tables. But that is not true as I have given more privileges than I would prefer. Also as a test I can create a new table using the same credentials:

<?php // Connects to your Database mysql_connect("your.hostaddress.com", "username", "password") or die(mysql_error()); mysql_select_db("Database_Name") or die(mysql_error()); mysql_query("CREATE TABLE tablename ( name VARCHAR(30), age INT, car VARCHAR(30))");

Print "Your table has been created"; ?>

No problem, table created...

I remember going through the same headaches last time with no resolution than uploading another sites Admin files and creating / populating all the DB tables manually.

Any idea or tips that could make this more painless?
