The issue you are having is with writing the sql for a custom recordset.

That is nit supported under our support policy, it is custom coding, so if you need help with it, we can help through a premiere support appointment.

There are too many unknowns such what is in the database for me to be able to answer the question.

In a premiere support appointment we can look into those unknowns with you.
