All I ever test in my environment is: IE, FF, Safari, Chrome using various versions from the last 2 years

I have no way of knowing what browsers you use and are seeing the problem in unless you specify it in your message.

The FTP info you provide does not give write access so it makes it difficult to troubleshoot. One thing i see is that you have an copy of the webassist/progress_bar/jquery-blockui-formprocessing.js file.

attached is a newer copy of that file to try out.
