Error Message

I am unable to recreate the error message but I still have the red exlamation mark next to eCart Object server behavior.

This page was working correctly until the changes were made to correct the original problem.(quick cart checkout link). Whatever changes I was told to make I made and now I have a error.

I am attaching a page that works correctly. It runs the same way as sellnintendods.php except for the name being different.
