Unfortunately I live in Australia, we have a time difference of 20 hours or so. I work during the day (which is your night) and sleep at night (which is your day). I have followed all your instructions under "Fixing Common Issues" repeatedly and still could not get the installer to work. I am very disappointed with your product. I can not understand why I have to reconnect to your site to install the product where I already have paid for it.
The only solution I will be happy with is for your company to refund my money, after all there is a lot of money I paid for nothing. Your company has my payment details, and I want you to refund my money.
