Design extender

I purchased the Design Extender yesterday. I spent all this money for nothing. The web assist installer stalled several times within Dreamweaver. I followed your instructions to uninstall, reinstall and delete WinFileCache but it still didn't work. The WebAssist menu is installed but I can not do anything with it. It is so frustrating and there is nothing in your website that provide detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot.

Please provide a Skype username or a US phone number and a good time to contact you when you will be in front of your computer and we will have an engineer contact you to resolve this issue over the phone.

We are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm EST (except major U.S. holidays).

Unfortunately I live in Australia, we have a time difference of 20 hours or so. I work during the day (which is your night) and sleep at night (which is your day). I have followed all your instructions under "Fixing Common Issues" repeatedly and still could not get the installer to work. I am very disappointed with your product. I can not understand why I have to reconnect to your site to install the product where I already have paid for it.

The only solution I will be happy with is for your company to refund my money, after all there is a lot of money I paid for nothing. Your company has my payment details, and I want you to refund my money.
