finishing install of a shop

Hi Jason

Got a small list of issues with finalising an shop installation.

1. In paypal I have set it to require a phone number, but this is not showing in the order details of the backend and not sure what I may be doing wrong - if you need any files or access please let me know
2. the product sku is not being sent through to either paypal or the order info in the backend and as with point 1 not sure where I went wrong.
3. Attached image avast.png, this is occurring when going to checkout and the old version of the paypal website is being accessed - not sure why this would be occurring and was wondering if you would have an idea please?
4. the attached image paypal_quantity.png is from the new version of paypal and as you can see if doesnt show quantities or sku at all. Is there any way to change this?
