bad service ?
you need to chill man. i spent almost 2 hours yesterday with ray on skype seeing if we can straighten out the issue. I just purchased another DMX product for $100 and can not use it on top of the thousands before. I am in the same boat as you. Ray did everything he could think of and so did i. At this point in time i have purchased bootstrap extensions. I have NO absolutely no Web Assist product installed. We have removed EVERY trace of any web assist product which was ever installed before . We have verified that the file the DMX extension tells us is not there in fact is actually there. I can NOT say WA did not try to fix this, for free mind you. What i have experienced is that guy Theodor from DMX zone is the unfriendliest rudest unprofessional jerk out there who did not even remotely try to help out and pointed to WA regardless that i told him i have no WA extension installed and he than insisted that it is a corrupt config folder. There was no trace of help or support for something i spent $100 an hour earlier. With my current setup and how things look it is not even clear that this is in fact a WA issue in general. It may be but i am not that sure anymore. As i said i have no WA product installed same error. I agree these guys need to work it out together but you calling foul here may be directed at the wrong people.
