Ok that would be because it's not in io/webassist/_promaps_cache/_promaps_geocache.xml but rather io/_promaps_cache/_promaps_geocache.xml and so I made a new folder with webassist and put the other folder in there. You can now reach that browse but it still doesn't make a difference...
