please review WebAssist

Warning: require_once(../images/installed.jpg) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/fiverive/public_html/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 59

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../images/installed.jpg' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/fiverive/public_html/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 59

Just today I got this and my webhost stated that the issue is the installed.jpg file is containing php injection script and is blocking it from being uploaded. This message shows up upon install completion and also root directory of the /www/ folder index.php
