Documenting localhost, etc.

Last week, I actually passed Ray's instructions over to the documentation team to see where/how we can document it. I didn't look through the help docs to see if it is already covered. If it's not, my guess is it will become a how-to or a FAQ on the support page. Thanks and keep suggestions coming!
