Beta Build Available for WCE

A zip file will be emailed to you today, containing CSS Sculptor 3.0.0 GMC3 (Beta). The beta build is only available to the WCE group so please do not report bugs or feedback in the regular support forums; use this forum to provide us input or ask questions.

You will not be able to run Sculptor v1 or v2 AND v3 simultaneously but if you have any issues with 3 you are unsatisfied with, you can revert to v2 (or the last version you own).

The serial number for this group is 4VHdR-PI2AZ-0xwhL-TkFUL. There are a limited amount of activations so please do not install on more than 2 machines. This serial number will work until CSS Sculptor 3 goes live (mid-month). Let me know, if for any reason, it doesn't work before then.

We look forward to your feedback!

Just installed this in CS3 Mac OSX Leopard and I see no option to add spry components in the main interface, am I missing something here ?

On the box tab in the customize CSS interface, click the + button and you'll have the option to add Spry.

Absolutely Fabulous

Hi,

The new CSS 3 is almost perfection.
The manage colours area is such a leap in productivity.

There is always greater power with simplicity than complexity !

Great work WA team.

Regards

Russell

PS

are there any plans of a spreadsheet plugin ?

Superb!

WebAssist Team,

Awesome! Simply Awesome.

The new CSS Sculptor is far easier to use and comprehend... the new color option right on the front is a tremendous update.

I also love how easy it is to add DIVs and Spry elements with the addition of the float tab so easily accessible.

Regards,

Brian

So far so good

Deadline to meet so not much time to "play" with this. However it seems at first glance to be a great improvement. I love being able to import colours from an image plus the rest of the Colours interface.

Just one thing.

Can there (or is there and I've missed it) be a way to change this: "@import url("CSSSculptor/2ColumnFixedLeftSidebarHeaderandFooter_Poppy_css/screen.css");" to something a little easier to understand for a human reader? I haven't tried but I assume that I can just rename the "2ColumnFixedLeftSidebarHeaderandFooter_Poppy_css" folder from within DW and DW will then change all the references to it. But to be able to do this from within sculptor itself would be good.

Apart from that I can find no fault (so far :) )

The folder is created based on the preset category and name. You could save it with a different name in the CSS Sculptor interface to effectively change the directory within the interface.

Yes, I see what you mean Ray. It is also after all, only a folder (well two folders actually, one for the images). So changing their names and allowing DW to update the file isn't a hard thing to do.

Am I missing something or is there now no means of editing a forum message?

I meant to say that I get your point about saving as a preset as well Ray.

I see an edit button, but it might have to do with user privilages. I thought the edit button appeared for anyone for their own post, but I might be wrong.... no people delete and edit their posts sometimes so there must be a way. Sorry, but you have probably figured out by now that I really don't know.
