Ok i will make a note on that. My apologies as I was very frustrated over this. As a non hand coder, I rely on tools like this and when it doesn't work, powerless is a good way to describe how it feels. Thanks again for all your help. The form is working and I was finally able to send to my client. big weight off my back. Although I am sure they will have changes.

One last question in regard to this form. The input text fields are short and no matter what options i selected when making the form they never changed. When you start with a preset form, are some thing not editable? I'd really like to make those text input fields at least twice as wide.
