the only changes i made to the online page where to change the trigger for the framework builder and comment the spry validation line.

You should be able to make those same changes t your local page, by editing the Plugin server behavior and changing the trigger and commenting the line i mentioned in my previous response, or by downloading the file from the remote server to your local.

yes, the spry radio button issue will n=be ongoing until spry is replaced by jquery.

int he form design settings it is possible to set the form to use Server Validation only, this would prevent the use of Spry validation entirely.
