now when i try and edit the design my preset is gone and i can only create a new from blank. I have wasted most of my day just trying to get this to work. every time i have installed super suite on a computer i have these problems. this is unacceptable considering the money it costs. Im gonna have to delete everything from this page and start from scratch. how do i explain that to my boss?
