I disagree strongly though - this is a SIMPLE shipping requirement which other software can perform but your software can't do it. That's the issue. The software is bought on the basis that it will function as an online store but without its limitations being observable.
The number of posts about shipping rules show a clear limitation with the product which most of your customers are struggling to get to grips with because they find powerstore isn't working properly. If you guys could get to grips with this and a few other issues I think you'd have a great product.
I'll pop this comment on your facebook page so hopefully someone in management can get hold of that point and perhaps start the ball rolling towards a suitable update.

Ray has now done a screen share with me and re-coded this problem which is now fixed!! Really, really grateful, this was a disaster but now works perfectly.
