On the power store page, it clearly states that the refund period is 15 days.
Please send you refund request tot he sales department, they will be able to help you there and let you know what your options are.
This is a support forum where people post issues they are having. The number of posts really only means that there are that many questions.
you have a complex shipping requirement that goes beyond the normal shipping rate lookup. That is not supported. The shipping settings do not support a per item weight range or per item type wight range.
