Setting up a new DW site, using Framework Builder, then adding Power CMS and it's not creating the admin files for me...

I've just set up a new site, created a DW template, applied the Framework Builder, and then, within the body area of a document I created, I am choosing Webassist >> CMS >> Add Content to PowerCMS. It's adding the content, but it's not creating any of my admin files for me, so there is no admin_cms directory being created...??? Did I overlook a step? Thanks!
