If it is not directing to the thank you page, that would suggest that validation is failing.
i just tried filling in your form and using correct data in each field, and was directed to the thank you page, it seams the redirect is working if you fill in the form correctly.
If you did not receive the email, then double check the settings used in the Universal Email server behavior.
make sure the from address is a valid email address for your domain.
Depending on the host, you may need to enter the SMTP Server Address, or you may need to Set the option to include the from address as an extra parameter.
