When Using Data Bridge 1.1.3/Create Email Message (i guess this is Universal Email)

After the fields are populated and submit/send button is pressed, nothing is sent. The data filled is cleared after send button is pressed. I expected it to be sent and the load the "thank you page".

Q: why is the message not getting sent???

Here is the page: http://www.kingmenesice.com/Contact.php

If it is not directing to the thank you page, that would suggest that validation is failing.

i just tried filling in your form and using correct data in each field, and was directed to the thank you page, it seams the redirect is working if you fill in the form correctly.

If you did not receive the email, then double check the settings used in the Universal Email server behavior.

make sure the from address is a valid email address for your domain.

Depending on the host, you may need to enter the SMTP Server Address, or you may need to Set the option to include the from address as an extra parameter.

I got --- a submission copy not long ago, that was probably you. There were no validation applied to this form yet, it seems it worked for you, but did not work for me as at least week when I tested it. I will try it again.

Q: How do I make correction to the form properties without starting all over?

you can use Dreamweaver to edit the form properties.

Select the form elements indesign view, then in the properties inspector, you can set the properties for the elements.
