Inline HTML Editor object not supported/ errors displaying in IE 8

Sorry to bother you once again Jason. How about the subpages that use a template created by sitesculptor? The php code in these pages looks a little different. None of these pages originally had the INCLUDE code <?php require_once("WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?> in them. See attached sitesculptor template & the history.php page. This history page and all the other subpages have the same code at the top and they all render the inline editor the same way as the index page once did. What would be the correct fix for these pages?
