Jason I am having the same issue with one of my powerstores for one of my customers. Periodically a customers transaction is not going through and I have confirmed with authorize.net and they say they do not even see the transaction. It is not an issue of the card being declined, because my customer runs the customers card through on her store credit card and it goes right through. it is not a dollar amount issue becasue it has happened with a $12.00 sale and a $330.00 sale. Immeadiately when it has happened I have run my own card through personally it has cleared for the exact item. Please help.
