Customers not able to checkout Power Store 4.5
Here is an email from my client:
Half of our customers are having trouble checking out as it does not take their credit card information or kicks them off. I have the same trouble with my credit card when testing it. Is there an update to this feature. Is there anyway to change the check out page so it is not sooo sensitive? I am loosing customers. Since my site went down while building this current site, my internet sales have dropped 75%. I am becoming very concerned about this. I am not recovering as quickly as I had hoped.
I have no clue of what to do about this as this system has been in place now for several months and this is just happening.

Jason I am having the same issue with one of my powerstores for one of my customers. Periodically a customers transaction is not going through and I have confirmed with authorize.net and they say they do not even see the transaction. It is not an issue of the card being declined, because my customer runs the customers card through on her store credit card and it goes right through. it is not a dollar amount issue becasue it has happened with a $12.00 sale and a $330.00 sale. Immeadiately when it has happened I have run my own card through personally it has cleared for the exact item. Please help.
