What extensions including the version numnbers are installed?

the extensions that are compatible with DW CS6 are:
eCart 5
Free Tools
Design Extender
Data Bridge

and should be installed in that order.

you say it crashes while running the Data Assist Create Pages wizard?

at what part of the process?

are you using on of the application presets?

are you using your own table? or one of the preset tables?

If your own table, send a copy of the SQL structure so i can try to replicate the problem.

It may that you are using a reserved word for a column name, or it may be one of the datatypes used.

if you can provide more details i can investigate the cause.
