Their claim is that if we have any forms or databases which the public can access our website is a risk for bots which can do damage to the others who are hosted off the same server... yeah... right.
The downside is that we've paid for 21 more months of abuse. Maybe we need to get a reliable hosting package for a secondary domain name just to do our mailing.
