pdf tutorials for css menu writer don't match my Css MW

I just downloaded the latest css menu writer, and as I follow the tutorials on how to set it up, it seems that in the tutorial I have much more flexibility with the outcome of the menu.

In the tutorials it seems I have so many options and would be able to edit and preview many things, but with my css menu writer I don't have those options. Such as the 4 tabs with a 'box' option and such.

Am I using an old extension? Thank you for your help.
