We use Bebosoft Forms To Go and Validation Toolkit to process our forms. It is available for Mac and PC. FTG is not a form maker. FTG does not do client-side validation, thus the use of Validation Toolkit. FTG does server-side validation and handles many form processing tasks such as emailing and saving submissions to a database. You might want to give it a try.
